Ethel Jewell (Hendrix) Mitchell

She was born in Daingerfield, Texas on February 20, 1956, to J.C. and Grady B. (Mike) Hendrix. In her early years, Ethel attended Wallick Chapel Church, Daingerfield.  She attended J.J. Rhoades High School, Daingerfield and worked worked many years for Pilgrim Pride as a Packer.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, her daughter Stacy Mitchell, five brothers Grady Max Hendrix, Willie Hendrix, Tommy Lee Hendrix, J.C. Hendrix, Harry Wayne Hendrix; two sisters Vernell Howard, JoAnn Mitchell.

She leaves to cherish her memories one daughter Carolyn Mitchell of Daingerfield; two sons and a daughter-in-law Teddy Dewayne Mitchell of Daingerfield, Carl and Demeka Mitchell of Pittsburg, Texas; seven grandchildren Tydeija Kelley, Sabrina Williams, Ozandria Mitchell, Tristyana Mitchell, Mykah Mitchell, Aaliyha Hudson, Tedrick Mitchell; six sisters and their spouses Fannie and Richard Rockwell of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Priella Hendrix and Sally King both of Daingerfield, Texas, Mary Lee Hendrix and Daisy Craddock, Claudia and Robert Craddock, Sr. all of Mt. Pleasant, Texas,  and a host of, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
