Otis Ray Peel, Jr. was born October 17, 1983 in Dallas, Texas to Otis Ray, Sr. and Sharon Elaine (Grant) Peel.  He passed away on Monday, January 25, 2016 in Bossier City, Louisiana. 

Otis graduated from Chapel Hill High School, Mount Pleasant Texas and earned a degree from Kilgore Junior College in Drafting. 

He was a member of Bell Haven Church of Christ in Omaha, Texas and was currently employed with Sabre Industries as a CAD Tech in Bossier City, Louisiana.  He was preceded in death by his father, Otis Ray Peel Sr. Grandparents, Jack and Katedora Peel and John and Mary Lou Grant.

He leaves to cherish his memory his mother Sharon Peel; three sisters Maresha Peel, Cassidy Rogers and Jessica Applegate; two nieces Lilliana Peel and Kinslee Applegate; uncles Richard Grant (Pat), Rickie Grant (Sheila), Clyde Henry Grant (Troycer), Harry Peel (Mary), Jimmy Lawson, Robert McCoy (Peb), Casey Rogers; Aunts Martha Sims, Tammy Grant, Annie Roberson, Margret Evans, Rosa McCoy, Susan Peel, Bettye Peel.  He also leaves to cherish his memory his special brothers Montreal Walker, Brandon Sims, Lakeva Peel, Harry Peel, Jr., Eric Peel, Adias Grant, Jamil Traylor, and a host of cousins and close friends.
