Twilver, so sorry for your loss.  I could not believe when I read this.  Twan was another of my students.  I pray for you at this time.

Of all of the honors Twan Thompson received during his lifetime, he received the greatest reward of all on Friday, November 2nd, 2012:   “to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord” 2 Corinthians 5:8.

I'm sorry for the family's loss and you are in my prayers. One thing is certain, Twan can't come back to us,but we can go to him if we live out lives right. In Jesus name! For the arms that welcomed Twan Thompson into heaven, are the same arms that hold your hearts today.  The Jones-Thompson family is blessed to have each other and the love of God! Continue to allow God to heal and restore your hearts as only He can.....!

Love, Ronna Armstead & Family

Twilver, as you know, I lost my son in a one vehicle wreck a little over two years ago and know how you must be feeling.  Only a parent that has lost a child knows how this feels.  No matter how old they are they are still your baby.  So many things change and it''s as if the world has been jerked out from under you.  Will it get better?  Yes.  Will you ever get over it?  I don''t think so.  But we must go on as he would want you to.  I still think of Clayton every day.  Some days are worse than others but with God''s help and trust in Jesus we can find comfort.  God bless you and your family as you mourn the loss of your son.

I am saddened to see another motorcyclist has lost their life. This is a far too frequent occurrence . I did not know Mr. Thompson. I pray for his family left behind and may he ride free in the wind.

Twan,
I know over the years we have been so distant, but our love for one another was so close, I will never forget the memories we shared and how you use to always protect me every chance that you could. You have always been a big brother to me and I'm not only your little cousin but just like a little sister. I will miss you so much and I will never forget you.
