Dorothy Ann "Pee-Wee" (Johnson) Bobby

Dorothy Ann Bobby was born January 15, 1941 in Daingerfield, Texas to Leonard and Johnnie Mae (Bogan) Johnson.  She was peacefully called home on March 20, 2024.

Dorothy, fondly known as "Pee-Wee" by her family and friends graduated from Booker T. Washington High School, Mt. Pleasant, Texas in 1955.  She met and married James Howard Bobby and to this union five children were born; Teresa, John, Alvester, Michael and Christopher. 

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, her husband James Howard Bobby, son Michael Bobby, two brothers Leonard Johnson Jr., Jott Garrett, three sisters Mary Craddock, Cynthia Everett, Claudia Polk.

She leaves to cherish her memories one daughter and son-in-law Teresa and Ron King of Crowley, Texas; three sons and two daughters-in-law John and Donna Johnson  and Christopher Johnson all of  Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Alvester and Yolanda Bobby of DeSoto, Texas; six grandchildren Jonathan Johnson, Tabitha (Anthony) Msaky, Roderick King, DeAreon Boyd, Desmon White, Devyn Bobby; three great grandchildren Princeton Lamar Johnson, Thomas Hearst, Achia Msaky; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
