Charlotte Isaiah (Reeves) Ibe

Charlotte Isaiah Ibe was born July 9, 1959 to James and Betty Jane (Hall) Reeves in Naples, Texas.  She died, Tuesday, August 21, 2018. 

At an early age, Charlotte became a member of the Antioch Baptist Church, Naples, Texas.  She was a graduate of Paul Pewitt High School, Class of 1978.  She attended Tyler Junior College, Tyler, Texas and NTCC, Mt. Pleasant.  She received numerous certificates from her employer Titus Regional Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, her maternal and paternal grandparents.  

She is survived by one sister Bridget Haley of Clarksville, Texas; two brothers and a sister-in-law Carlos Isaiah of Clarksville, Texas, Raymond and Verda Johnson of Omaha, Texas; numerous other siblings on her father’s side of the family; special friend Billy Evans of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. .
