Lola Faye Galloway was born September 25, 1956 to George and Hazel (Pounders) Hargrave in Mt. Vernon, Texas. She died, peacefully, on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 in Sulphur Springs, Texas. She was a member of First Emmanuel Baptist Church where she worked with the hospitality dept. She attended school in Mt. Vernon. Lola Faye was a provider and caregiver. She was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters Tameka Faye Galloway and Marcie Michelle Galloway; her brother Ronald Hargrave. She is survived by her husband Curtis Galloway, Sr.; a daughter Mente Galloway; a son Curtis Galloway, Jr. all of Mt. Pleasant; her significant other Vincent Franklin of Sulphur Springs; one brother George Hargrave of Dallas; five sisters and three brothers-in-law Margaret Rossier, Macie and Michael Evans all of Mt. Vernon, Georgia and Skip Johnson of Austin, Arlue Williams of Dallas, Joyce and Lonnie Shaw of Sulphur Springs; grandchildren Nakahless Dunlap, Kemerosha Galloway, Fantasia Thomas, Moasia Thomas, Ivan Clayton all of Sulphur Springs; Curtrayis Galloway of Mt. Pleasant and Tijuana Hall of Dallas; great grandchild Lovely Ann Dunlap of Tyler; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
