Teresa Annette (Henry) Everett

Teresa Annette Henry Everett, was born August 23, 1957 in Mt. Pleasant Texas to Emma Jean Stanberry and Roy James Henry.  She passed away, peacefully, on Tuesday, May 7, 2019.

Teresa was a member of the First Church of God in Christ, Mt. Pleasant where she served as Bibleband teacher, the hospital ministry, local Usher Board, Pastor’s Aide President, Treasurer for the Christian Women’s Council, State Usher Board for Texas Northeast 3rd Jurisdiction.  Teresa was a graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School, Class of 1975.   Teresa knew no strangers.  She was kind and friendly to all she met.  She was an encourager and would encourage you, through the word of God, all the while she was going through.  She was a dear mother, daughter, sister, friend.  She will be missed.

She was preceded in death by her son Tyrus Everett, her grandparents and an uncle Raphel Stanberry. 

She leaves to cherish her memories and to celebrate her life her daughter Ugunda Henry Wells of Cedar Hill. Texas; her son Dontrell Everett of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, her parents Emma Jean Jones, Roy James and Loyce Henry all of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; brothers and two sisters-in-law Keith and Sybil Stanberry of Katy, Texas; Ronald and Margo Henry of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; Aundraus Williams of Dallas, Texas; sister and brother-in-law Stacey and Lavean Brooks of Little Elm, Texas;  aunts Earlene Jackson of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Elnora Richie of Humble, Texas;  uncle and aunt L.B. and Mattie Stanberry of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; and  a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, church family and friends.
