Debra Ann Ellis

Debra Ann Ellis was born February 24, 1958 in San Bernardino California to Elizabeth and Jess Ellis.   She passed away on Tuesday November 29, 2022 in Mount Pleasant, Texas

Debra graduated from San Gorgonio High school in San Bernardino California.  In 1976 she moved to Texas.   In 1979, she became a dietary aide for Pleasant Springs Nursing Home where she was employed for 26 years.   She was an all-around good person who was loved dearly.   Debra loved fishing, camping, road trips, playing bingo and cards.

She was preceded in death by her father Jess Obealaia Ellis, brothers Jessie and Richard Ellis, sister Velma Ellis.   

She leaves to cherish her memories of her mother Elizabeth Ellis of Mount Pleasant Texas, children Zack Ellis, Kenya Morgan and son- in-law  Willie Evans all of Mount Pleasant, Texas;  sisters Wanda Ellis and brother-in-law Wayne Minter of Mount Pleasant, Texas, Elizabeth Ellis of Arlington, Texas,  one grandchild Jaden Ellis of Mount Pleasant, Texas  and nephews Derek Ellis, Tyrone Chism, Dqwanye Hargraves and Keynan Ellis; nieces  Waneisha Minter and Andria Leake, and a host of great nieces and nephews, cousins, numerous of other relatives and friends.
