Eartha Lee (King) White

Eartha Lee King White was born December 21, 1932 to Jodie and Beaulah King in Mt. Pleasant.  She was a member of the St. Paul A.M.E. Church where she served as an usher and served faithfully until her health failed.    She was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School, Mt. Pleasant and attended college.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jodie and Beaulah King; her husband John White; her daughter Alicia King; one granddaughter Joy Marie Brannon; sisters Grace Lucas, Margie Smith, Faye Clark; brother Jodie King Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memories three sons and a daughter-in-law Michael Aikins Brannon and his wife Michelle of Seattle, WA, Thomas Aikins and Danny Clark Hill both of Mt. Pleasant; her stepson James White and his wife Verita of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren Emmanuel Brannon, Raniesha Graham, Diarra Fields, Ebbony Brannon, Michael Mitchell, Marcus Mitchell, Marcell Mitchell, Amahn Edwards, Chrystal Aikins and Quentin Aikins; her brother Richard King of Dallas, Texas; special nephew Michael King of Dallas, Texas; and a host of nieces,  nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
