Gloria Mae Savage Martin, was born in Mt. Pleasant, Texas on April 6, 1961 to Virgil and Dorothy (Brannon) Savage.
Sister Gloria loved the Lord and she was a faithful member of the Talco Bethel Church of God in Christ, Talco where she served in many capacities. She was the Sunday School and Bible band Teacher, President and teacher of the local Christian Women’s Council and the Young Women’s Christian Council. She was the President of the Pastors Aide Committee, Executive Advisory Board Member of the local church, member of the Finance Team, faithful member of the Saturday Morning prayer team; an overall supporter of the Church. She worked for Mt. Pleasant Independent School District. She loved her children and grandchildren and family.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother; two sisters Letha Sanders and LaKeitha Savage.
She leaves to cherish her memories her two children Andre Morgan of Augusta, GA, Valerie Morgan of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; her grandchildren Enrique Guereca, Katoria Morgan, Nakyah Morgan, Andre Morgan Jr., Jacory Anderson, Kyah Veasley, great grandchild Jayden Guereca; two sisters Sedia Brown and Gwendolyn Savage both of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; one aunt Bertha Norman, uncle Eugene Brannon and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
