Lucile (Hooks) Duffey

Lucile Hooks Duffey was born October 7, 1930 in Pittsburg, Texas to Elton Sr. and Pauline (Phox) Hooks.  She died, Wednesday, September 4, 2019 in Tyler.

She was a member of the Franklin Street Church of Christ in Pittsburg, Texas. 

She was preceded in death by her parents Elton and Pauline Hooks, her son Ray Charles, two brothers James Hooks and J.L. Hooks, one sister Ella Mae Duffey.

She leaves to cherish her memories two sons William Duffey, Jr. of Tyler, Texas, Melton Duffey of Pittsburg, Texas; two daughters Darlene Collins of Tyler, Texas and Cherry Hattley of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; two brothers Elton Hooks, Jr. of Grand Prairie, Texas, George Hooks of Ft. Worth, Texas;  two sisters Clemontine Dickens of Ft. Worth, Texas and Willie Faye Flemings of Kentucky; 6 grandchildren Corey, Melissa, Candrea all of Tyler, Texas, Terika, Taria and Uniqua all of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; 12 great grandchildren and a host of nieces nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
