Nona Mae (Boyd) Hines

Nona Hines was born March 5, 1928 in Pittsburg, Texas to J.D. and Amy Boyd.

She attended Center Point High School in Pittsburg, Texas. She worked at the Geras Nursing Home in Mt. Pleasant, Texas for over 20 years in the kitchen. Nona later retired and began to travel back and forth to Dallas for holidays, she loved her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Marvin Hines, Sr. and her son Marvin Hines, Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memories, grandson Aaron Hines (Penny) of Cedar Hill, Texas, granddaughters Sharon Hines of Cedar Hill, Texas, Tiffany Hines of Mesquite, Texas, grandson Sedrick Hines of Fort Worth, Texas; five great-great grandchildren Ontavia Blair, LeQuailton Hines (Tamara) all of Dallas, Texas, Christopher Hines (Anna) of Fort Worth, Texas, Nicholas Hines and Eryn Hines both of Cedar Hill, Texas; step grandchildren Debbie Turner (Elton) of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Kimblen Hines-Clayton of Longview, Texas, Joy Hines-Stanberry, Joyce Hines-Thukral (Anil) all of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Bonita Hines-Holliman (Anthony) of  Dallas, Texas, Temeka Hines, Carlos Hines (Laura), Brad Finley (Shirley) all of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Barbara Peoples (Willie) of Houston, Texas, Linda Lewis (A.J.) of Mt. Pleasant, Texas and a host of cousins and friends.
