Life Reflections

Tarrell Dwayne Howard. was born July 5, 1982 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas to T.L. Minter Jr. and Lina Jean Howard.

Tarrell attended Mt. Pleasant Public schools and NTCC in Mt. Pleasant, Texas.  He was currently employed by Winnsboro ISD and owner of Howard’s Katch’em and Kook’em family-owned business. 

In 2015, Tarrell married Meagan Laurel Rawdon and to this union two children were born Jacorria Inez and Tristian DeShaun.  As a family, they attended Pine Bluff Baptist Church in Pittsburg, Texas. 

He was preceded in death by his father, maternal grandparents, Eugene Howard Sr. and Dorothy Howard; paternal grandparents T.L. Minter Sr. and Opal Minter; his brother Micheal Howard, uncles Eugene Howard Jr., Clyde Henry Grant, nephew DeAdrian (Big D) Webster and stepfather Harvis Henry Lynn.

Tarrell leaves to cherish his memories his mother Lina Jean Howard of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; wife Meagan Rawdon Howard of Dallas, Texas; three children Trishelle Lynn Howard of Talco, Texas, Jacorria Inez Howard  and Tristian DeShaun Howard both of Winnsboro, Texas; three sisters Tomeka Howard and his twin Tanyell Howard both of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Tosha Webster of Naples, Texas; brother Tracy Howard (Yolanda) of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, other family and friends.  Also, his best friends Dino Reyes and Alysha Wollard and his mother-in-law Cheryl Rawdon.
