Timothy "Tim" Mark Lee, age 73, of Mt. Pleasant TX passed peacefully on Veterans Day, 11-11-21, in Winnsboro, TX with his beloved wife, Karen, beside him.

Tim was born in Bigfork, Minnesota in 1948. His father was a Colonel in the US Air Force, so his childhood was spent traveling around the world with his parents and siblings as a military family.

Tim entered the US Army in 1968 and was deployed to Vietnam immediately following his father's own service there. Tim later served tours overseas in Korea and Germany. His final military post was at Fort Huachuca, AZ. He was a member of the US Army Motocross Team in the 1970's.  After his military service he was employed by Sprint, MCI and General Dynamics traveling the world as an Electrical Engineer specializing in communications. In his younger adult years, he enjoyed scuba diving. He loved boating and fishing in both fresh and salt water. Tim was an avid football fan with the Dallas Cowboys being his favorite team. He was a member of VFW Post 5398 in Pittsburg, TX.

He is survived by his devoted wife Karen Lee; his adored children: Christopher Lee, son, of The Colony, TX; Angela Harding, daughter, and her husband Steven of Longview, TX; beloved Pop-pa to 3 grandsons Zeke, Zeb and Zain Harding; cherished niece Rikki Lee Pfeiffer-Carr and family of West Springfield, PA; and many other loved relatives in Oklahoma and around the country.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Terry and Patricia Lee, a brother; David Lee, and sister Martha "Marty" Lee Chapman.

A private memorial service will be held at his home, at a later date.  In lieu of flowers please donate in Tim's name to Disabled American Veterans Org, or the Tunnels to Towers Foundation, or the Wounded Warrior Project.
