Vincent Earl Green was born September 24, 1975 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas to Linda Faye Minter and Willie Carl Woodson.
He was a member of St. Matthew House of Worship in Mt. Pleasant. He graduated from Mount Pleasant High School, class of 1994 where he played baseball, football and soccer. He attended Northeast Texas Community College. He was a member of the 271 Riding Club and a huge fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. Red was a “Sunrise Baby”.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father Linda Faye Jackson, Willie C. Woodson, brother Reginald Green, his grandparents Annie Mae Minter, Rosie L. and Mack C. Woodson; nephew De’Travisa (Chunky) Johnson.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Natosha C. Green of Longview, Texas; his two daughters Vacaria Green of Longview, Texas, Pinky “Da Da” Green of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; three grandchildren Darcell “King” Nevils, Xolani Nevils and Seighlar Frazier; his brother and sister-in-law Willie Carl Jr. and Tasha Woodson of Hughes Spring, Texas; his sisters and brother-in-law Syreeta and Felix Rodriguez of Denton, Texas, Vineta Byrd of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Carla Woodson of San Antonio, Texas and Megan Rockwell of Dallas, Texas; nieces Shantavia Baggerman and Delia Rodriguez and nephews Poseidon and Brody Kelly; great nieces Sundayigh and Runess Williams and nephews; like a mother Sandra Minter Olajide; like a sister Sherri Minter Yeboah and Tamara Minter; best friends John Hargrave, Edmond Turner both of Mt. Pleasant, Kevin Ross of Dallas; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
