Willie B. Luckey was born in Naples, Texas on November 1, 1950 to Lessie B. Luckey and Etoise Luckey. Mr. Luckey passed on October 21, 2022.
He was a member of Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church. He graduated in 1969 from George Washington Carver High School in Naples. He then graduated from Prairie View University. He was employed by Red River Army Depot and Dept of Defense in Sacramento, CA.
He is preceded in death by his father Lessie B. Luckey.
He is survived by his mother Mrs. Etoise Luckey; brother and sister-in-law Kenneth and Donna Luckey of Dover, New Jersey; a host of aunts and uncles, nephews, nieces, relatives and a host of friends.
